• All service delivery, onboarding, and updates are handled exclusively via email or designated digital dashboards.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Invoicing via Useme All services are billed strictly in advance on a monthly subscription retainer.

• To facilitate safe and compliant international B2B transactions, all billing, invoicing, and contract executions are processed securely through our global invoicing partner, Useme
  (Useme LLC / Useme sp. z o.o.).

• Upon subscribing, you will receive an official commercial invoice generated via Useme. Service deployment begins only after successful payment clearance.

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next recurring billing cycle.
  
  

5. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our infrastructure setups, immediate data processing, and custom outbound deployment, all sales are final. VIDE SYSTEMS does not issue refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated returns once an operational billing month has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability VIDE SYSTEMS provides the infrastructure, data filtering, and outreach protocols. While our methods are built on proven industry frameworks, we do not guarantee specific financial returns, close rates, or net revenue. VIDE SYSTEMS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business outcomes resulting from the use of our digital assets.

7. Data Processing & Privacy Your use of the site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By launching outreach campaigns with us, you authorize the system to filter public business records in accordance with standard B2B data practices.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
